Mint ٤ Co – Restaurant + Lounge is a Middle Eastern Fusion restaurant based in Carlton. Our modern Australian kitchen superbly combines the flavours of the Middle East. We offer an extensive and unique food and drink menu and are open for dinner- 7 days a week. We are also proud to offer our exclusive Dubai-inspired leisure menu. We have a large indoor restaurant, an open outdoor courtyard area with a retractable roof, a private dining room and we cater for group bookings and functions.

Our Story

Mint ٤Co is a story of a group of friends. Friends, from diverse ethnic backgrounds with a love of two treasures: Food and travel. Throughout the years we travelled through the Middle East together - on a journey of cultural and culinary discovery. Our travels took us from Turkey to Iran and Pakistan, and from Dubai to Muscat and Yemen and to Morocco in the North of Africa among many other destinations. With our travels came different experiences and different flavours; whether it was the sweet aroma of Shirazi saffron, the fragrant spices of Marrakesh, the tender slow-cooked lamb of Yemen or the universal herb of all lands - the humble mint leaf. We longed to take back our experiences to our home, Melbourne - the multicultural foodie utopia of Australia. ٤ so now, we present to you, our experiences, our flavours and our memories combined with modern Australian flair. An Arabian Courtyard

Throughout the Middle East, it is customary for most homes and restaurants to have an open outdoor dining area. Family and friends bond, dine and enjoy Shisha together. When we returned from our travels, we missed the wonderful experiences we had overseas and decided it was time to bring them back home to Melbourne. At  Mint ٤ Co we invite you to enjoy our Dubai-inspired modern Arabian courtyard, with a  fully retractable roof- providing a pleasant environment for you to enjoy food and leisure activities in.

A Luxurious VIP Experience

Take luxury to another level and relax in the comfort of our VIP deck lounge. Select from a range of exclusive luxury Shishas, each one individually handcrafted by our Shisha master. Enjoy the best that Mint ٤ Co has to offer from our leisure menu- where we match premium products with premium service. Bookings are a must as the deck is popular and seats are limited.

Light Has Come

Many of the countries we visited are synonymous with hospitality. The Arabic saying, هلّت الأنوار, literally translates to “Light has come.” It is used to welcome guests to indicate that their visit has brought joy and light- and so too do we welcome you. Customer service is our absolute priority and our guests are everything. Make yourself at home in our indoor dining area and enjoy food and drink, our way. The Mint ٤ Co way.

Private Functions

In Persian, دوست را نمی توان ساخت؛ او به دنیایت قدم می گذارد, it is said that “friends are born, not made.” Our private dining room provides the ideal setting for intimate gatherings amongst friends, family or business, be it for a special occasion or simply for more privacy in a relaxed ambiance.

 Mint ٤ Co caters for all private functions for up to 300 people. Our private dining area is also suitable for small, intimate functions- including female only events. Please contact us for more information.
